Fiber Optic Slip Ring and Rotary Joint

Single-channel Fiber Optic Rotary Joints (R series)
Very versatile by design. The rugged body allows fiber pigtail, ST, or FC receptacles on either the rotor or the stator side.

Single-channel Miniature Fiber Rotary Joint (MJX series)
Most compact single channel design. Contains fluid, which ensures condensation free operation at extreme low temperatures.

Single-channel Fiber Optic Rotary Adapter (RFCX series)
Receptacle type rotary joints designed to replace standard FC bulkhead adapters. Ultra small size allows faster rotation speed.

Two-channel Fiber Optic Rotary Joint (MJ2 series, MM)
Two independent channels of multimode fibers in a compact package. Smallest of its kind and favorite of many wind turbine designers.

Two-channel Plastic Optical Fiber Rotary Joint (PJ2 series)
Offers blind-spot free operation during rotation, ideal for machine control applications such as SERCOS Interfaces. Rugged design permits underwater usage.

Ultra-Compact Multi-channel FORJ (ZJn series)
Most compact three channel fiber rotary joint. Capable of handling SM, MM, and mixed fibers.

Multi-channel Fiber Optic Rotary Joint (MXn series)
Very compact package with mounting scheme similar to RJ2 series FORJs. Features 'blind-spot free' passage and low crosstalk.

Multi-channel Fiber Optic Rotary Joint (JXn series)
Most popular multi-channel FORJs. 'Blind-spot free' and designed for harsh environments.

Multi-channel Fiber Optic Rotary Joint (MRn series)
Rugged package maintaining 67 mm body diameter. Features 'blind-spot free' passage, high return loss, and low crosstalk.

Single-channel with High-pressure Rating (RPC series)
Designed for deep-water applications. Can operate under temperature extremes with superb optical performances.

Single-channel Fiber Rotary Joint (MJP series)
Suitable for standard and specialty fibers. Free of index matching fluid for higher spin rates. Extremely high return loss performance (>55 or 60 dB), ideal for OCT applications.

Accessories: FORJ Drive Pins
Stainless drive pins are standard components from stock. Five different sizes are available to cover all FORJ models. The drive pins, significantly longer than standard screws, provide designers with ample flexibility.
