What to include in your inquiry

A few details help our engineers suggest the right part the first time. Share what you know. It is fine if some answers are still open.

  • The product you need, such as a slip ring, fiber optic rotary joint, RF rotary joint, multi-port rotary joint or gearbox.
  • What must pass through the rotating joint: power, signals, Ethernet or other data, optical fibers, RF, air or fluids.
  • The number of circuits, fiber channels or ports, with current and voltage for each power line.
  • Rotation speed, and any limits on outer diameter, length or through-bore size.
  • The working environment, such as temperature, dust, moisture, vibration or outdoor use.
  • Your application, the quantity you need, and your target delivery date.
