Performance and materials
- Housing
- Die-cast aluminum alloy for frame sizes 025 to 090; cast iron for frame sizes 110 to 150
- Worm
- Made from 20Cr steel with carbonizing and quenching heat treatment, achieving surface hardness of 56-62HRC
- Worm wheel
- Constructed from wear-resistant tin bronze alloy
- Aluminum alloy
- Shot blasting and specialized anti-corrosive treatment, followed by RAL5010 blue or silvery white finish
- Cast iron
- Red anti-rust primer, followed by white, RAL5010 blue, or silvery white final coat
